Order Processing and Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, it will be produced and delivered to the shipping address provided via our production and logistics partners.

The above table takes into account:
Fulfillment time: the time to create your products, which depends on the product.
Shipping time: the time to deliver from the print partner to the delivery address, which depends on production country, delivery country, the status of the network, and other factors.
Note - "Print On Demand" products can sometimes take extra time to ship depending on the availability of the item from our production partner.
Product Availability
Shipping for orders for accessories outside of the USA is currently at 2-4 weeks. We understand that this is not ideal and are working to offer faster shipping on these products outside of the USA ASAP.
We currently offer worldwide shipping on our range of Posters.
Posters and accessories will be shipped separately due to the nature of these products.
Shipping Prices
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We understand Shipping can sometimes seem expensive and unfair. As a result we have attempted to keep the cost of shipping at a minimum and have set 'flat shipping rates' accordingly.
Packaging
Based on experience shipping millions of orders worldwide and supported by customer feedback, our production partners have defined the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package our products to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.
Confirmation and Tracking
Order confirmation will be emailed to you, once your order has been placed. All Tracking information will be emailed to you, once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive either of these emails please get in touch via mindsetverse@gmail.com
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of ‘Printing To Order’ we unfortunately cannot accept returns or make any exchanges for “change of mind"
If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received then please get in touch within 30 days of receiving said product. If your claim is validated we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.
We'd much rather fix any problems and send you a replacement order to make sure you're content with the order. If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll attempt to give you a refund where possible.
Cancellations
You can change your order and cancel IF you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note: If you do not contact us within this timeframe we cannot help you as your order has already begun the printing/production process.
Received the Wrong Item, Missing Part of Order.
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong or extra item, please let us know so we can fix it right away for you!
